This Privacy Policy explains how ACED Poker ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our application.

1. WHO WE ARE

ACED Poker is a free-to-play poker training application. We do not operate a gambling service. No real money is involved at any time.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only what is necessary to run the app:

Google Account (required): Sign-in with Google is required to use the app. We store your display name and Google UID to track your rank and game progress.

Game data: Your in-game gold, rank points, and selected settings are stored to preserve your progress across sessions.

We do NOT collect your location, device identifiers, or any personal information beyond what Google Sign-In provides. Google Sign-In also provides us with your email address, which we store alongside your display name and UID. Please note that Google may independently collect additional usage and analytics data as part of their Sign-In service — we are not involved in or responsible for that collection. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is used solely to:

— Authenticate your account
— Store and restore your game progress

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

4. DATA STORAGE

Game data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Realtime Database), hosted in the European Union (europe-west region). Google's privacy policy applies to this storage: policies.google.com/privacy

5. DATA RETENTION

Your game data is retained as long as you use the application. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. CHILDREN

ACED Poker is intended for users aged 18 and over. The app simulates poker with play money only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app or via the web. Go to aced-8039c.web.app → Shop → Delete My Account & Data. This will permanently remove your profile, gold, rank and game history from our servers immediately. No email needed, no waiting.
